I love that the program's emphasis is placed on balancing priorities. Unlike some other programs, it integrates professional and personal goals. It is something that can be used by every woman, from the chairman of the board to the ruler of the roost. The lessons challenged me to look at where I’m at with a view to where I would like to be. For me, finding out what I wanted for myself in a world screaming for my attention was a liberating experience.
